By opting in to receive SMS messages from d’Livery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Overview
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our application or web form, you authorize d’Livery to send you SMS (text) messages regarding:
- Schedule notifications and route changes
- Company news, updates, and policy reminders
- Customer support communication
2. Message Frequency
You may receive recurring messages based on your role as a driver, client, or customer. The number of messages will vary depending on operational needs.
For clients and customers we will NEVER reach out through SMS first.
For drivers we will NEVER reach out through SMS. We would prefer one of our internal messaging software.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check with your mobile provider for specific plan details.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, simply reply “STOP” to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further texts unless you opt in again.
5. Help or Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the word “HELP” or email us at contact@dlivery.live for assistance.
6. Data Privacy
Your phone number and any information collected during this process will only be used to communicate with you regarding d’Livery services. We will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Changes to Terms
